请问买二手房(非foreclosue,非short sale)的朋友们： 签合同时如果seller还在居住
，等搬走过户时，seller是否有义务将房子进行清洁？ 比如deep clean carpet,
clean drawers and cabinets，repair the hole in the wall where frame picture

应该没有义务。

final walk through的时候可以要credit.很多地方要搬空了才能看到。

想要的项目，在合同里都要写清楚，不要觉的很琐碎就不写。
这样如果他没有做到，可以要求赔偿

合同里没写，是否就没有办法要求了？
