after deducting you lunch time.
Report: I'm sorry, I can leave at 7:00pm.
Manager: Do you think 8hrs is enough for you? your progress is so slow!
Report: I'm Sorry, I will try to catch up.
Manager: I'm not hiring you to say sorry. You should learn from your
American and Indian colleagues.
Report: I'm sorry, I will learn from them.
Manager: Given such low productivity, I have to reconsider your half-year
review and your green card request.
Report: I'm sorry.
Manager: Besides sorry, what else can you say? I have been in this Country
for a dozen years, I never say sorry.
Report: I'm sorry.
Manager: (getting very angry...)

怎么听agent说自己装就好了，如果通知county 税会高的。这个各个州不同还是必修通
知county。

以后卖房可能会有麻烦，如果你的房子不是很好卖，买方有很捣乱，要求你处死permit
，你就得拆墙做inspection。。。

Permit 是肯定要的，严格来讲，装个电源插座都需要申请 Permit, 只不过我们这里规
定 4 个一下电源插座 Permit 免费。装修地下室会影响 Property Tax 吗？貌似一
般
Property Tax 都是按 Above Ground 来算的，但如果地下室装修后可以看成一个单独
的 Unit，那你的房子就变成 2 Units 了。

每个couty不一样的，我们这里是按面积收税，你地下室finish就算面积要收税的，但
是隔壁county是按成交价格收税，所以你还是要自己问清楚的！

我也疑惑，tax不是基于living area么？我如果装地下室不住人是不是应该不算？
另外把screening porch 加玻璃门窗，变成３ season sunroom 是不是也要申请？
