房子后院的1/2都是wet land 100ft以内的地方，属于保护地，不能应用。保护地上有
一条小溪，在院子的最远处。
房子前院的马路上的排水沟，最后是通过地下的管道连到了院子里，到院子里有一条水
流汇入小溪。这条水道叫drainage easement，房主跟town共同所有。
大家看这个房子能买么？

环境好不？鸟语花香不？还是臭气冲天？
不用特别在意没建筑的地。美国有得是地，抢5000sqft lot的人也比比皆是。

环境还可以吧。没有鸟语花香，但也没有臭味。我看水是死水，很污浊的样子，但没
有味道。后院还经常有几只鹿出没。
“抢5000sqft lot的人也比比皆是。” 这句话是啥意思啊？没太明白？您在给解释一
