repeat my prediction, returning to 3% 30 year fixed rate is just matter of
time. even 2% won't surprise me. we are in a prolonged world wide recession.
I save the D word until China explodes. it is not Japan's lost 20 years. it
will be worse.

如果离closing day 只有一个月 可以锁了
如果超过一个月，慢慢耗着，耗到快一个月的时候
我的预测：
年底到３．０％ １５－ｙｒ，ｆｉｘ
