我之前h1b，后来因和lg异地放弃工作转成h4。
今年6月3号 lg换工作就顺便把我h4也转了。但我h4并没过期。
之后我也找到工作并公司给我办了h1b premium processing.
7 月 3 号 h1b approve了公司让我15号上班
可我h4还在pending，
1，我该不该 withdraw h4，如果withdraw 我从6月3号到上班这段会
不会有gap？
2，如果需要withdraw 我要怎么写这个letter 给uscis，求template。
求大家帮帮忙

一个问题，你的未来公司给你申办H1B时，你给他们提供的你的合法身份是哪一个，应
该是H4吧？

我之前是H4 和现在h4 pending 都交待了。她们在申请的时候提到了我pending的事实
但没给我withdraw.
