刚搬到一个新的apt,地板是木的,Oct 20完成的地板油漆,其间他们没怎么通风,因为没
有入住，他们怕下雨打进来。Nov 1搬入，开始通风，晚上关窗开热气（现在晚上零度
左右，怕太冷气味散发不出来），白天开窗通风。现在气味客厅很淡了，卧室还有不少
气味。
请教这种情况，还需要通风多少天可以入住？尤其是怀孕在身的话。这几天只能暂住在
hotel了。在考虑啥时候适合住回去。

要是墙还好，木板漆，貌似不妙。

公司开销未必就只能用biz 卡，普通个人卡只要offer好，一样可以申来用于公司开销
。只要专门用于公司，从会计角度不分所谓biz card, personal card。
公司开销你应该上高端卡，$450的年费抵税后差不多变成实际年费$300出头了。

Oil-Based Polyurethane 听起来更不妙啊，WATER BASED的好像好些。
我不是油漆专家。但是如果怀孕的话，这些东西都该避免的，不光是甲醛。
POLYURETHANE也不是好东西。为了PEACE OF MIND 换房子吧。
“Polyurethane is commonly used in wood varnishes and finishes. It is also a
common ingredient in paints and craft supplies. Anyone who is around this
substance quickly realizes that it has a strong and unpleasant odor.
Thankfully, the fumes resulting from most regular-grade polyurethane
products are minimal and of little risk to health. However, deliberately
inhaling this chemical or using it in a poorly ventilated area can be a
health hazard, as can long-term use of industrial strength versions of this
product.Polyurethane is classified as a polymer and thus does not release
large amounts of fumes. The water-based variety is said to release even
fewer fumes and is much safer for use in closed environments. Those who use
polyurethane should take breaks from working with the chemical every half
hour or so to ensure normal breathing patterns and adequate oxygen.There are
circumstances under which one should avoid exposure to polyurethane fumes.
Women who are pregnant and young children should be kept away from the
substance. Those who tend to suffer migraines when fumes are inhaled should
also steer clear from this chemical and use it only in very well ventilated
areas or outdoors.Overexposure to polyurethane, or deliberately inhaling the
fumes, can lead to severe side effects. These include, but are not limited
to runny eyes, red eyes and nose, a sore throat, coughing, wheezing and

油基配方主要是乙酸丁酯还有一些酮类化合物吧。可以看他们牌子的MSDS，有没有问题
