但，问题是，需不需要点缀。好多review9次，10几次的，都无RFE过了。
主要是针对review 而RFE本来就不多。既然垃圾review会带来RFE，而从没听说review
次数少了几次而带来 RFE，为啥还要加垃圾杂志review呢？
