Title insurance (Because the title insurance is running by my attorney's
wife, so I am not sure if there is some corruption inside)
In the HUD:
Lender's title insurance: $1798
Owner's title insurance: $3463 (this is the NJ standard rate)
Goverment Recording: $505
Appraisal Fee: $485
Credit check: $12.83
Tax Service: $85
Flooding zone check: $3.9
Attorney office charge total: $1435
Attorney fee: $900
overnight: $115
Notice of Settlement: $60
Flood search: $20
Phone/fax/postage: $40
Closing Clearance (what is this ?, anybody know?) $150
Power attorney: $100
Wire fee: $50

和加州来比, lender insurance高了不少, 而且attorney的费用比escrow高不少. 加州
不用attorney.

其它的还好，对于$200K的贷款，$1,798的Lender's Title Insurance很高了，是不是
还包括settlement fee？其次Attorney Fee和Attorney Office Charge一共有$2,335，
是不是有些重复？Power of Attorney如果不委托其他人签字的话应该不用收；再就是
Flood serch和Flooding zone是否重复收了？
