今天拿到副申请人的RFE，如下:
To establish the relationship you claim with the principal applicant, XXX,
you must submit a copy of your marriage certificate which has been
registered with the proper civil authorities of the country in which you
were married. The marriage certificate that you submitted does not indicate
that it was registered with the proper civil authorities.
我们是多年前在美国结婚的，当时提交了Certificate of Marriage （有commissioner
的签字）和女儿的出生证明。看到这个RFE，心里打鼓，不会是当年结婚没成功吧？？
？赶紧给以前结婚的Circuit Court打电话，说是registered过的，他们可以查到记录
。于是翻了翻以前的结婚资料，发现还有个1页的Marriage Register 上面有Marriage
License 和Marriage Certificate信息，Commissioner签名和钢印。是不是我们需要把
这个Marriage Register提交上去？
485是DIY的，把这个Marriage Register疏忽了。想问下在美国结婚的朋友是怎么弄的
，有没有人碰到类似的问题？ 心存疑惑，不知道USCIS是不是可以通过官方数据库查询
婚姻状态，如果是这样的话，他们查一下不就知道有没有registered了？ 希望有经验
的朋友指点一二，多谢多谢！
