This is a not a trustworthy company.
I order a TOTO toilet before Christmas and it came in broken. They promised
send out a replacement in a few days. Till today, I still did not receive
anything and I have been in contact with them for many times. They just keep
telling me different things. I just initiated a charge-back from my credit
card company, but not sure how things will go.
Just be careful if you are thinking about buying things from them.

摔坏的么，拿到的时候外包装有损坏吗？

应该是运输问题，不至于知道烂的还给运，在美国这样搞不自找麻烦么
而且据说是厂家直接运，不经过homeclick

外包装完好无损，所以应该不是运输的责任。
反正事情到现在还没有给我解决，我已经授权信用卡公司给我追回我的钱。

这个故事说明到有credit的店，比如costco的重要性

你这电话打得，这种事情，第一次打电话的时候客客气气的，把事情说清楚，让他们给
解决，问清楚一般多久给解决。记得要case number和agent id。如果没给解决好，第
二次打电话的时候记得用上次的case number和agent id，这样快速一些，而且他们知
道你不好糊弄。不用再听agent跟你鬼扯，什么request啦，要什么什么解决时间啦，跟
他说你已经花了时间，现在不要explanation，要solution，而且必须这次电话里解决
；告诉他要不他解决，要不把电话转给他上司。
