A senior investigator sent me the recommendation letter, but without the
official letter head. I asked to put the letter on NIH official letter head,
but got a reply:
"Actually, I am not allowed to use official letterhead for this purpose.
Sorry."
Can I use this letter?

申请个PERMIT加个BEDROOM一万，挖个游泳池2万，厨房、主厕、地板
重新做一下4万，7万下来是不是就可以跟60万的新房叫板了？

NIH是不允许用官方信头的
这个信可以用，没问题，关键是内容，不是信纸

那我就不做了，60万的没有3车车库，也没泳池
院子比我的小，我加BEDROOM的话就一样大，我的
LOT也大多了，卖60万算便宜

used. In addition, writers may not use their NIH title and affiliation in
the signature block. You may, however, mention your Government position in
the body of the letter to give credibility to your recommendation.”
