大概是 几千,几万,十几万 还是几十万的风险? 谢谢

长期不供暖,地基可能受损。如果是winterized,水管里应该没水、也就不会冻裂。如
果是长期无人居住的房子,小毛病肯定会有一大堆的。

可以百分百肯定有地方坏掉,多少钱不好奖,几百都几万都可能

If the water was shut off and drained, there could be no damage at all. If
Water was left in the pipes, many pipes might have broken. It might cost $
500 per leak to open the wall or ceiling and patch a simple leak. Patching
and painting would be extra, and would be your responsibility. The piping
will probably be copper, because it looks like it was built in 1972. They
would not fail because of rust. If the water heater is broken or not
working, you should figure $1500.00 to replace it, if it is a normal water
heater. Some water heaters cost twice as much. If all of the plunbing had
to be replaced, it would be about $1000 - $1500 per fixture, with replacing
the walls extra. If the heating system is forced air, I would guess that a
couple thousand dollars would cover any repair work, normally. If the
system operates on hot water, and was drained, it may not need any repair,
but if things broke, it could cost anywhere from $1000.00 to $50,000.00, or
more, plus wall, ceiling, and floor repairs.
