能凑够20%DP肯定要凑,想办法让卖家多给closing assistance,让lender多给rebate之
类的办法都要用上.否则PMI很不爽的.

付点，但不知道IRA penalty跟贷款利息比哪个少点， IRA distribution 还要考虑Tax
brackets的问题，提钱多一点的话税率可能高不少。

以后的tax bracket天晓得是更高还是低.

房子这么贵，1万根本不解决问题啊。 房价35万左右，首付要7万。
