I think you should do a termite inspection first.

Epoxy wood filler, sand, prime, paint.

Just pull it out and replace. They are not part of the window.
If you want to save future work, buy vinyl planks so that you don't have to
paint them ever.

1. Inspection report 只说trim有问题。
2. 如果里面都烂掉了，更要把trim扒了才能知道里面的具体情况。楼主的墙貌似
stucco，还不知道里面会啥样呢。
3.窗是vinyl的，不会烂的。Jamb烂掉工程大了。
