Just start to look for housing in metro boston area. I heard people
mentioned about redfin. Anything good to use it? Can anyone who used it tell

跟zillow差不多，是目前看房源最主要的2个网站。代理也基本从redfin找房。

no, agent use MLS.

我的代理说MLS有的redfin都有，不过redfin会有几个小时的延迟。但是她也说事实上
客户在redfin上看房子往往比她快，因为客户经常刷，代理反而不会一天到网刷房子。

MLS会有以前的交易详情，包括旧照片，这样你能清楚的知道房子的近些年的变化，是
不是flip的房子. 我个人买房就喜欢历史简单的。而且很多房子几次list的细节不一样
，比方说上次有说地下室渗水，这次的代理就没写。
还有一个房子几次倒手的速度。再就是MLS上有些房子有平面图，这可以给你更清晰的
分析使用面积，同样是称2000尺的房子，不同的分布会有不同的效果。

MLS 可以每小时发信告诉你新上的房。

you can only list house in MLS, then all other website draft from there.
