可选的地方也是电网和电厂分开，你可以买任意电厂的电，但是电网是肯定要收传输费
用的。而且传输费用很多时候比电贵多了。

Yes, I can. But sometimes, the local transmission company gives you some
discount if you buy the electricity from them. Also, the price you quote
online usually does not include the transportation cost. Don't be confused
by their low price.
