不用证人，我去过那里做过公证。就按预约的时间去，也不需要排队，保安态度么老老

去年刚经历过，上海领事馆，power of attorney。不需要带证人（除非新政），可以
网上预约，可能要等一个礼拜。着急的话不预约直接去也可以，但是需要排队等
waiting list。带上护照，身份证啥的
