Just wondering as my spouse is the one who apply for the loan, I'm not. So
can I still put my name on the deed? Will the loan agent deny this?

有极少数的银行在某些州不允许，绝大多数都允许。
Pricipal: 申请贷款，在贷款上的人一定要在title上，在title上的人不一定要在贷款
上。
