有机蔬菜是指不用农药不用化肥。

有机蔬菜要求很严格，你的土里最近几年都不能有无机化肥和农药
例如除草药。你的营养土也不知道是否符合规范。所以自己家种的，
就吃着玩玩好了。
你喜欢讲究的话可以做个 soil test，带 OM 那种。大约 $25 左右。

you need organic fertilizer. You can buy it from stores such as lowes or
homedepot. Or you can make your own compost from your daily cooking such as
watermelon skin, banana skin, fish head, fish guts, fish scale, chicken
manure, horse manure etc.

homedepot. Or you can make your own compost from your daily cooking such as
watermelon skin, banana skin, fish head, fish guts, fish scale, chicken
manure, horse manure etc.

所有的有机肥就是鸡屎吧，我搞了些马粪，效果挺好的

I use horse manure too. But I found that its stinking smell could drive bees
away.

but how about adding fertilizer later?
Do you add horse manure for additonal fertilizer during the growth of plants?
if so, how do you add them, above the bed or still under the bed?

显然是土质不好，一分土一分菜的，土质一样要最好的，再就是阳光不充足吧
