若是自住屋，appraisal fee 有点小贵。其他，正常范围。

25% 的Downpayment,
appraisal fee 有点小贵,是不是因为在湾区，生活成本就高。

已经有一个420 appraisal report了, 怎么还有一个650的appraisal fee?
$650的appraisal fee是贵了点, 可能是加了rush fee.
另外这两个不算是cost:

appraisal fee is a little more. 550 is more like it.

大多数是450左右, QL稍微贵一点.
