合同上写的是“if earnest money deposit is not received by selling office
within 5 days from signed acceptance by buyer the contract shall be deemed
null and void."
请问是不是如果5天内押金没到位的话，合同就“自动”取消呢？还是还需要正式的

你还没交就算解除合同了。如果你后来又交了对方也接受了，这一条款就算无效了
