today I got a letter from national credit card systems inc,
saying I owned previous rental office $335.
They said, after I moved out, they hired company to clean the room
and change the carpet.
but why the letter came two years later?
how can I argue with them? the carpet was clean, why they had it changed?

Most state require landlord to deliver their cleaning repairing cost to
tenant in 30 days after the tenant moved out
If you did not receive such invoice 2 years ago, you can tell the rental
office that you are not obligated for these bills since they are against the
law
