Job Descriptions:
Our client is looking for a motivated and talented frontend developer to
join our engineering team to develop the next generation programmatic
advertising system. The candidate will play a key role in the design &
development of a product suite that contributes to the evolution of the
programmatic advertising industry and his/her work will help to
differentiate company from its competitors. Prior experience in programmatic
advertising or real time bidding would be beneficial. The job will involve
designing and coding to improve our current technology and develop
innovative new solutions to the problems posed by real time bidding. This
is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional (junior or senior) to
apply software engineering techniques to work within a very fast-growing
company.
Key Responsibilities
Work as part of a dynamic team developing software using cutting-edge
frameworks and agile methods
Design and develop innovative technology system to meet business needs
Coordinate with teammates and other teams to determine requirements, scope,
and timeline
Develop unit tests and integration tests
Create documentation to support new product/feature launches as needed
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, and prior work
experience in a frontend developer/engineer role or similar
• Strong experience and proficient understanding of Javascript and
HTML/CSS in developing new features and translating mockups into fully
functional features
• In depth understanding of standards-compliant web markup,
including HTML5 and CSS3
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on
technical and business needs
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement
and improve features
• Write solid, standards-compliant code while recognizing
performance, scalability, and security
• Ability to plan and develop features effectively using software
development best practices
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
and ways to work around them
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Preferred
• Experience with one or more popular modern JS frameworks such as
AngularJS and NodeJS
• Excellent understanding of mobile oriented, responsive web design
techniques
• Expertise applying User Experience (UX) best practices
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with D3.js
• Diagnose and resolve bugs in an efficient and effective manner
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Experience working in an iterative, agile software lifecycle with
strong ability to estimate/scope the development of projects

这个city是按照出生证明上面的填写城市呢,还是按照护照上面的填写省份?
例如:我的出生证写的是青岛,山东;护照上只写了山东。

看上一个房子,最后想在他们的counter price上再减六千块钱。我的agent和seller谈
的结果是,价格不变,成交之后seller给我们六千的credit用于settlement cost。
offer上还写了我们有责任确定lender允许我们用这个credit。这是什么情况?他们为
啥不直接减六千呢?还有用了这个credit的话会影响我们贷款时的discount point进而
影响利率吗?

麻烦不是明摆着吗? 首先您要去问lender. 如果lender允许这个credit做principle
deduction, 这是最简单的. 如果不让, 就会比较复杂, lender答案不会是black and
white. 而是根据很多条件来算到底有多少credit可以被consume, 如果不能用完,可能
有多少会浪费, 如果想用完, 可能要买point, 如果您拿rate还有rebate,可能要选择更
低的rate. 这是我目前能想到的. 可能还会有其他想不到的麻烦.
通常遇到这种情况我对我的client的建议是既然已经知道有麻烦, 没必要管是什么麻烦
, 直接了当是最佳的选择. Remember: Curiosity killed the cat.

最佳方案降房价,其它方案都是次选。
万一用不完,白白浪费了。

手上没有足够现金付头期的时候很好用,
有 seller's concession, 可以凑够首付, 避免pmi,
你的客户很可怜, 丢失了很多好机会,
