how do you actually measure the house size??
we are looking at a for sale by owner house and the owner measured every
single place of the house, including closets, stairs and hall ways. The sum
space is 1900sf, but just checked county record and found that it was only
1325, huge difference, which one should we trust?

差这么多就不是什么楼梯壁橱。要么他加盖了要么他量地下室了。

平房？加上地下室1900？或者TH,两层1300，三层不就差不多1900？你算面积当然得把
茅房厨房壁橱啥的都算上，官方记录一般不算地下室。

there is no basement at all, they measured every single place in the house
and made a detailed list of areas, with width and length. I added them up by
myself and ended up wit 1945 sf
