this looks like the other made in china outdoor wireless IP cams, if so,
then it has the same software interface.
which means it can take snapshots (triggered by motion), email you, and
record video then upload to a ftp you specified.
It can connect to any wifi router, so if your at&t modem has one, then no
problem.
