5个小时前从ebay的一个店买了一个heat pump 3千多刀.现在不想要这个系统。打电话
过去，他们说不能cancel，如果要cancel，要收15% 的re-instock 费。他们ebay 的
policy没有写re-instock 费的问题，只是说不接受退货。我能不能在paypal上直接
dispute，然后打电话说不用运来了。他们店里需要2天时间process order，然后才发
货。谢谢大家的帮忙

只能seller来cancel，seller不想cancel的话你没办法，nice的seller不会charge你
restock fee如果没发货的话，这个seller比较恶心，你找paypal也没用，因为这个时
候你理亏。你也可以收到货之后反过来整他，这个时候有很多理由，paypal会帮你，就
不多说了。

send the seller an email (by personal account, not by ebay) and tell him
that it is better to cancel NOW to SAVE your money. He will know what that
means. The outside communication (not by Ebay) cannot be used as evidence
for any claims.

俺也不是木匠，做不来这玩意。帮我妈买，刚才照片发去了，她说要两边平的，不知道

不知道啊，没用过。恶霸似乎有不少，价钱也不错，你搜一下 “Crepe Spreader”。
没准儿丢哥有啥道道。或者，俺猜，这个煎饼果子是天津的？去天津版上问问？还有下
