请问大家，
排期刚current, 申请了485 Ead. 那我还qualify H4 ead 吗？用哪个更稳妥些？据说
用了485 Ead, H4 就失效了，是AOS 状态。万一485被据，还要转回H4. 所以是不是H4
ead 更稳妥些。问题是有了485 Ead，就不能申请h4 Ead 了吧？

我们在boston, 房子现有的central AC太旧了，准备换套新的，quote了几个Bryant和
Lennox的dealer，都推荐用heat pump, 这样可以有hybrid heating (我们取暖是用gas
boiler).
版上的大侠给点意见吧，Bryant和Lennox都是不错的牌子，从cost和reliability来说
，哪个quote比较reasonable? 多谢了.
1. Extreme Evolution Hybrid Heat System 280ANV with Perfect Humidity
variable speed fan coil and Wifi I touch control.
Total $16000
2. Extreme Evolution Hybrid Heat System 286BNA with Perfect Humidity
variable speed fan coil and Wifi I touch control.
Total $14000
3.Lennox airhandler CBX40UHV-036 and XP21-036 Heat Pump with Lennox pure air
filtration system and I- comfort thermostat. Total $19000
4.Lennox airhandler CBX40UHV-036 and XP17-036 Heat Pump with Lennox pure air
filtration system and I- comfort thermostat. Total $18000
Bryant dealer 提供10-year installation warranty, Lennox只给4-year的
installation warranty.
以上的quotes都包括new duct work and refrigerant line.

这4个月大致$380 gas and $90 electricity per month.
我们是24/7把温度设在72. main bath装了electric baseboard heating所以冬天要大
约$30/month的电费

没，才1200 sq ft的ranch. MassSave的insulation还没做，现在是attic只有R30厚的
insulation, 外墙里什么insulation都没。

MassSave 现在有7年 0% apr的Heat Loan up to $20000 for heat pump, 但是有SEER>
18的要求。

别上当了,heat pump is only for southern us. it's useless in boston.

heat pump 和gas furnace 是两个不同的设备,那么配置在一起就形成了dual fuel
system.
heat pump 外形和冷气机完全一样。在运行COOLING mode 就是个冷气机，在运行
HEATING model 时就是个暖气机。
heat pump 有不同配置安装法，常见到的是
1）heat pump + air handler/fan coil with heat strip 最常见到。
2) heat pump + gas furnace --- dual fuel / hybrid heat
3) heat pump + air handler with hot water coil ---- hybrid heat/hydro
heating
如果你的温控器接线底板上有接到“B”线或者“O”线，你的外机应该就是heat pump.
