walk out的地下室都不用。定期通风就不会有问题。

氡气是从地底下渗出来，只要你的房子是和地面接触的，那就有氡气出来，开窗少的地
下室会严重些，没有地下室而且开窗多的话，问题就不严重。
如果你买的是二楼的公寓，那就没有氡气问题。

最好查，我家就没地下室，买的时候经纪都说不用查，后来查了超标，builder 给安了
个排气扇。超标的肺癌得病率很高的！

看你一层下是不是有crawl space。有，就不用查了；没有，那就查查吧。
