紧急求助:这种情况的房子敢买吗
今天去看了一个房,location,小区环境,房子大小,lot size, 价位各方面都不错
。很心动!
但是拿到房主的 disclosure statement 之后,下面两条让我们吃不准了,来求助大家
,请给下意见:
1)roof was installed in 2002..... any past problems with the roof, attic,
gutters.......?
yes, replaced 4 shingles following a high wind storm.
2) any repairs or other attempts to control any water or dampness problem in
the basement or ......?
yes, installed sump pump following a storm with significant rainfall
repaired leak in basement wall and
corrected downspout runoff.
尤其是地下室漏过雨/水 这条,感觉不好。。。那他修好了之后这种情况会有很高的
