从两年前夏天住进新房子空调就有问题。出风口没有冷气，外机不吹热气。
找空调设备商来修，第一次说制冷剂tank空了，帮我加了制冷剂，然后就好了。第二年
夏天再开的时候同样的问题，再次保修，查了一下说是一个阀门漏气，换了阀门，充气
进去后气压没问题，不漏，然后再加满制冷剂。
今年再开，还是同样的问题。估计制冷剂又漏光了。不知道到底什么地方在漏，很郁闷
。而且保修的两年也过了。现在该怎么弄？继续让他们来检测？
有没有人有类似经历的？另外，怎么能够argue说是他们没有解决问题，然后让他们在
保修期外提供保修?

新空调只有2年warranty？

Find the manual and the warranty from your closing documents firstly, there
should have a 10 years warranty for specified components replacement at
least. Normally, it covers defect in material and wrong installation, the
builder cover the same items as well. You have to contact the builder and
tell them the issue has arisen since you move in , because of defective
material or defective assembly .
