对方貌似有只大狗，但是说 Our dog is up to date on vaccinations, has regular
vet checks, is microchipped, crate trained and housebroken. We don't leave
him outside in a yard alone, and don't like to leave him in the house alone
during the day. He goes to day care several days a week so that he's not
home alone, and when we are gone overnight, he is always boarded and not
left at the house.
广告上说no pets，但是现在这个租客挺好的，考虑可以允许有狗，不知道这样情况下
可以加pet fee么，谢谢！

考虑到狗带来的各种问题，能有其他选择，就找其他吧。搬进来都是说的好听，住下来
就是另外一回事。跳蚤，掉毛，大便，没有一个是好收拾的。
