一个月后，buyer charge back。这种情况fedex会赔吗？

辛苦两个月EB1A ，材料总算搜集齐了，要提交材料了；
由于J-1还没豁免所以只能先递交I-140
几个月版上看下来有三种情况：
1. pp
2. non-pp
3. 先non-pp，再追加pp
还有：下载PDF填写，和这个file online （http://www.uscis.gov/e-filing-i-140）有什么区别？
求牛人来解释一下区别，谢谢！

目前的Loan是30yr-fixed， 3.875%。问了一个refinance，可以做成15yr-fixed，3.0%
。但是要放2000刀到Loan里，手续费3000刀左右。值得做吗？谢谢！

你换了program，所以主要目的是通过缩短还款年限来大幅度减少贷款的总利息。所以
，放$2,000到本金里，个人认为只是进一步减少利息，所以也还能够接受。对于$3,000
手续费，个人认为比较多了，“现金是最值钱的资产”，现在一般都做no cost的
refinance，所以最好做一个no cost的。也许你的lender会告诉你如果做到3.125%就能
不用付cost了，则这个问题这么来看：举例来说明，假设某贷款申请人的所申请的贷款
金额是$400K，期限为30年固定，银行在4%的利率水平下给$2,000的credit来cover
closing cost；而在4.125%的利率水平下则能够给出$5,000的credit。4%利率下每个月
的月供是$1,909.66，4.125%每个
月则是$1,938.60，两者的差值是$28.94。用5000减去2000等于3000。3000除以28.94等
于103.66。也就是说，低利率的好处要在103.66个月也就是差不多9年以后才能体现出
来。如果说在9年之内，房子卖掉了或者再做了一次no cost refinance的话，选择低利
率就亏了。当然，如果说高利率比低利率给的credit比较少，比如才几百块钱，那当然
是选择低利率比较好。所以，参考这个例子，你可以考察一下你的情况。

手续费，个人认为比较多了，“现金是最值钱的资产”，现在一般都做no cost的
refinance，所以最好做一个no cost的。也许你的lender会告诉你如果做到3.125%就能
不用付cost了，则这个问题这么来看：举例来说明，假设某贷款申请人的所申请的贷款
金额是$400K，期限为30年固定，银行在4%的利率水平下给$2,000的credit来cover
closing cost；而在4.125%的利率水平下则能够给出$5,000的credit。4%利率下每个月

建议如下：
1. 如果您能承担15 Year Fixed的每个月的payment， 而且手里有了多余的钱也没有能
超过3.875%的稳定的投资渠道的话， 建议refinance。
2. 建议选择咱们华人常做的True No Cost的refinance， 就是让lender稍微提高一点
利率然后cover所有的closing cost，譬如3.125%的利率但是您是完全没有cost的重新
贷款， 这样更容易直观比较利率降低多少。
3. 您说的这$2,000左右可能是您要预付的放进escrow／impound account里的钱。这个
不是cost， 不必太在意，原来的贷款银行在您refinance 30天内按照法律规定会退还
您预留在escrow account里面的钱。
1. 如果您能承担15 Year Fixed的每个月的payment， 而且手里有了多余的钱也没有能
超过3.875%的稳定的投资渠道的话， 建议refinance。
2. 建议选择咱们华人常做的True No Cost的refinance， 就是让lender稍微提高一点
利率然后cover所有的closing cost，譬如3.125%的利率但是您是完全没有cost的重新

I think the buyer got the package and got your information from label and
then call Fedex to change the address/receipient. The fedex should have
responsibility to verify if he/she is the same person who shipped the
package. You can ask them to get the voice recording from the phone call.
The person who made the phone called should be investigated by police
although I am not sure if the police want to spend time on it. It is fraud.

我的经验是，只有Billing Issue，Fedex才会问Fedex Account #, 其他的Issue，好像
只要告诉他们Tracking# ，那些Fedex 的人就会去做。。。所以如果是真正的Evil要搞
这个神医，估计对Fedex的业务是非常的熟悉的。。。

stuff such as holding package. They do not ask for identity. You just say
you are the shipper. However, sometimes they need the account number. That's
why it is inconvient to use ebizship if you don't know the account number.

不用麻烦科长了，我刚刚去查了一下，ebizship的雷波都是92228811开头的，但是
ebizship的账号跟这个号码无关阿。
