看上了一处大概10年新的房子。做完了inspection之后。inspector和我说这房子不错
,但是给了我一个非常详细的报告。里面有三个主要问题提出来准备让seller修。
agent也在addendum里面提出来了。
其他有大概10-20处问题,比如地板上有两块地方掉漆了,抽水马桶和地基上不牢,
tile有些地方不对了,有几扇门合不上,门和锁对不上眼要调,tub的caulk之类。
agent的意思是不要提了,她觉得这房子价格很便宜了。这些都是自己可以解决的小问
题。晚上和我短信联系。我读了之后愈发觉得agent是没站在我的立场上。其实在交易
的中后期就隐隐地觉得agent不向着我了。
请问大家这些问题怎么处理?不知道修这10来个小地方,要花多少钱。

he told us about the cracks and said that it is normal and NOT a structural
