房客1：一家三口，儿子23岁。爸信用分700，妈500，儿子800.三个人都在当地costco
工作，分别干了10年，8年和3年。他爸和我签租房合同。搬家原因，现在住的地方太小
，现在的房东让他们去住另外的一个房子，但是他们觉得那个区不好。3月1日入住。
房客2：牙买加人。单身一个人。信用分778.去年4月从弗罗里达搬到我们这里来工作。
一个公司的什么经理。年薪10万5。签两年合同。要我写下保证两年内不涨房租，要告
诉他房子维修什么时候可以修好如果坏了，要和我见面看看房东怎么样。现在住在隔壁
的townhouse apartment，$1400一个月。4月1日入住。

摘抄一段第二个单身牙买加房客的email：
I cannot move in earlier that April 1st, 2016. I also need written
confirmation that my rent will not increase within the next two years, and
if so what that increase will be. This is important because I don't want to
move, and then experience a $100 rental increase in April 2017. Finally, I
would like a know what a reasonable expectation around how quickly repairs
(if needed) will be made. I am very reasonable, but do not expect to wait
months for critical repairs. I understand if your client wants to pass on
me, and settle for another tenant but I will say that it is better to work
with a professional tenant, with a proven track record of being responsible,
than someone who will not take care of your property, and probably also not
pay. I have attached my job offer letter to validate my employment, you may
contact HR to validate.

你看明白了吗？这是高中非婚生子而且女方早跑没影儿了，这时进时出的女朋友肯定少
不了，记着没文化的老黑劳模初中就开始X行为了，而且劳模信天主教有就生生完扔，
你这一浴室肯定超负荷使用啊，而且劳模特抠儿轻易不吃餐馆在家大肆烹煮煎炸外加
BBQ再养只狗，你这房全毁，明白了吧，为什么他们不买房，劳模有他们的一套思路

不要把别人想象的那么不堪，LEASE可以写好不让养宠物，提前
说好，住的人口不能超过5个,BBQ在院子里烤比中式油烟和印度咖喱
好一些。既然出租，肯定要折旧的，出租你还想别人给你照看房子
