Hi, I am in the process of refinance. I know it is better to choose Monday
as closing date.
My monthly mortgage payment is at end of month, around 30th. Is there any
difference if the closing date is at the beginning of the month, mid of
month, or close to the end of month? I know I do not have choice, because it
is based on the date when I locked the rate.

只要不是星期五fund,星期一close，其他都没什么

Better to fund not on Friday or any business day before holiday (as normally
closing day is next business day after funding day).
For example: Funding on Thu, closing on Friday. Funding on Friday, closing
on next Monday.
Some county (i.e. orange county in CA) might provide same day recording.

还要看你的lock会不会expire，有的title company可以some day record 如果
funding到得早。
close 后的monthly mortgage payment 和你的closing date没关系。一般1号due，
lender有15天grace period。

一般是fund的那一天 close 拿钥匙吧

Close的离月底越晚，pre-paid interest付的越少
