房子靠邻居一侧有10ft左右的空地，现在铺了木屑，没排上用途
想着加个sheds放mower什么的，结果一查：
Single-story accessory structures shall be located a minimum of ten (10)
feet
from the principal residential structure; two-story accessory structures
shall
be located a minimum of twenty (20) feet from the principal residential
structure.
这是要离房子20ft的意思？（我是2 story的房子）

哦，1层是10ft
侧面的10ft位置正好是和邻居的fence，等于是不能盖了？

有人指点下是哪个版（或俱乐部？）

这算是construction了，当然得符合building code
偶是没想在侧面盖，但是院子里也没合适地方，正在纠结，因为也不能盖在大斜坡上
你找个卖sheds的来看看，听听他们的建议

我们的hoa也不许盖。不过这东西也实在不太美观

你可以去lowes买一个tool shed 放在旁边就可以了，只要别太大，没人管。

没那么多规矩。我就是在lowes买了一个4x8的，只要高度别太高，不超过fence，在房
子正面看不到，就没问题。不过我这没有HOA，有具体HOA规定的，要另说了

今天刚问了村委会，说是只能建在后院，侧院的不行。

主要是看到和我背靠背的那户人家在侧面放了一个买的sheds
既然他家没人管，我就不担心了。悄悄藏在fence后面。。。
