我装了 gutter screen 两年，感觉太值了。以前每年都至少清理一次，每次下雨都会
看见雨溢出来，装了以后不管雨多大，水全从管道流下来

I purchased from Lowe's, recommended by the sale person at Lowe's . I forgot
how much it was, but it was easy to install, just snap to the edge of the
gutter.

if using gutter guard screens, the leaves just lay over the guard and the
water ends up just running straight off the roof.

$3/ft installed貌似太便宜了。是不是PVC的。
我买HD便宜的金属的也要$2.5/3ft。

甭管啥gutter cover/shelter/screen/protector，时间久了总还是要清理gutter的。
装这种screen啥的费用，一般可以够你请人清理5到10次gutter了。

if no gutter, rain water drip from eave can create a small ditch around your
house (at least in Florida), erode soil away, cause still water, and
attract termites.
