1,通往后院的斜坡有一点儿水土流失 有青苔 这个我估计自己铺一些石头就ok?The
dirt bank at the right side (facing front) is eroding. Silt travel is
occurring and some form of ground cover or landscaping is needed. I
recommend a qualified contractor inspect and perform the necessary repair.
2,The control knob and tub faucets are loose in wall at the hall bath
upstairs. Repairs are needed. I recommend a licensed plumber inspect further
and repair as necessary.
3,The T&P (Test and Pressure) valve on water heater needs a 3/4 threaded
pipe to extend within 6 inches of floor for safety. (PVC is not approved for
hot water use). I recommend repair by a qualified person.
4,The Sheetrock on the ceiling is damaged at the upstairs hallway. While
this damage is cosmetic, it needs to be repaired. A qualified person should
repair as needed.
5,The problem(s) discovered in the panel such as doubled wiring at circuit(
s), and any other problems that an electrical contractor may discover while
performing repairs need correcting. I recommend a licensed electrical
contractor inspect further and correct as needed.
6,The wall switch (for light fixture) has an old or weak "lever" (recommend
replacing) at the Hall Bath upstairs. This is a safety issue that needs to
be corrected. I recommend repair as needed.
7,At least One "three-prong" outlet is not a three-prong GFCI (Ground Fault
Circuit Interrupt) in the kitchen. Electrical issues are considered a
hazard until repaired This is a safety issue that needs to be corrected. A
qualified licensed electrical contractor should correct as needed.
8,The insulation installed wrong side up in the basement. Condensation can
cause mold or wood deterioration. A qualified person should repair or
