不知发到哪个版面最合适，只能先发这里了。我6个月前用保险去牙医诊所预约做最基
础的洗牙，这个保险全包。但是洗牙之前牙医检查说我有牙周炎（Periodontal
disease) ，所以结果自付100多刀做了deep cleaning. 最近又到了洗牙的日子，我再
次预约，想要预约一般的基础洗牙，结果对方说因为我之前是Periodontal disease，
所以以后永远不可能只做基础洗牙了，必须要每次自付45刀做那种prevent bacterial
的特殊洗牙。而且对方竟然说永远都不能是基础洗牙了。请教大家这个是不是诊所为了
多收费坑我了，难道一日得了牙周炎就永远不能摆脱了？

周围没什么其他选择。如果这个地方有试图乱收费的嫌疑。。。

我的牙也不好，但没那么烂，每次牙医都给做SEMI DEEP CLEANING，
就是属1，2，3的那种，不过INSURANCE COVER 90%的，有时候牙医
就给免了。牙周炎你不FLOSS不用漱口水啊，我都是全套的上.

There are quite a few selections of inter-dental brush in term of thickness
and diameter. You might need to try a few before deciding which one is best
for you.
Use them in the above order at least once a day before bedtime. If I were
you, I will do this in the morning as well after having breakfast.
I also use Systema toothbrush(???? ???) at work after lunch. It's gentle on
the gum yet cleaning the teeth very well.
