485 is approved. If she will be here for full 6 months for this stay, she
can come and file I-485 here after 3 or 4 months in US and wait for AP
approval befoer she returns to China.

Thanks, and now she will only have 2 months stay.
Filing I-482 would give us two options, one is US consulate interview in
China, and the other is B2 visiting in the states. However I am worried
USCIS would have records of immigrant intent once file the I482, which would
deny her entry in US custom.

我想这个月submit 485 and 428, 因为他们先处理485，只有等485批准之后才把482
and 140转到NVC, 不知道现在海关有没有file 482的记录，或者多久之后才又482得记
录？

and 140转到NVC, 不知道现在海关有没有file 482的记录，或者多久之后才又482得记
录？
