The buyer requires no repairs! That is another way to say "You are not
required to repair anything"! What else do you want? What specific language
do you want the buyer to put in the contract in order for the sale to go
though?

Every house would need to be repairs some time in the future. "Requiring no
repairs in the future" is the same as says "this person shall never die in
the future". Not going to happen.
It is possible to specify in the contract that within certain time period
something would not need to be repaired. It is not possible to assert that
something would not need to be repaired indefinitely. Such clause is not
enforceable thus would be invalid.
