应该活不过一月，甚至一周了。
To the Apple Board of Directors and the Apple Community:

I have always said if there ever came a day when I could no longer meet my
duties and expectations as Apple's CEO, I would be the first to let you know
. Unfortunately, that day has come.
I hereby resign as CEO of Apple. I would like to serve, if the Board sees
fit, as Chairman of the Board, director and Apple employee.
As far as my successor goes, I strongly recommend that we execute our
succession plan and name Tim Cook as CEO of Apple.
I believe Apple's brightest and most innovative days are ahead of it. And I
look forward to watching and contributing to its success in a new role.
I have made some of the best friends of my life at Apple, and I thank you
all for the many years of being able to work alongside you.

1. 两个女的（女A和女B），都是56岁，已经在一起9年了，并且是married couple。
女A有前夫和儿子女儿，女B有两只狗，号称是她的children。两人现在住的房子3000尺
左右（楼主的房子1700尺左右），moveout的理由是downsizing （奇怪的是女A前夫的
地址也是他们现在住的房子）
2. 女A在某大学医学院做senior compliance specialist，工资5700（背景调查上写的
，但是申请表上写的是117000/year），女B退休，每个月有1300社保（还没看银行
statement，美国退休除了401k还有社保？）房租2350
3. 查了背景，女A信用606，12，13年共有4次collections，三次医疗将近4000，一次
apartments 300，显示都没有closed，17年有一次collection，医疗500，也没closed
。女A两张信用卡，limit 3300，有一辆BMW，每月还贷500（和女B共同贷款）
4. 女B信用770，每月collections，信用卡limit共26K
这样的租客能接受吗
