我2017年3月1日入住这个condo， 去年10月份房东的realtor email我说房东想卖房，
要来拍照，
然后18年1月 签了amendment of agreement 就是lease 的补充条款， 延期一年， 并
且约定房子如果卖掉， 给我60天notice 我搬走。 或者如果我需要搬走， 也给房东
60天notice， 那我也可以搬走。
然后今年3月底， 有人来看房。 3月29号， 房东的realtor email我说：
“
As you know Landlord is selling xxxx, and as per contract, we are giving you
the 60 days notice to vacate the unit. Sorry but the new owner, needs the
unit vacant. Thank you in advance and keep us updated.
Please confirm you received this email.”
我4月25号发信给房东的realtor 询问我准备5月19号搬走， 是否可以直付19天的房租。
告知说他们closing 4月30号， 所以让我问新房主，
然后晚上新房住的realtor 回信说：
“
I spoke with your new landlord. He said thT he will only accept a full
month but when you move out if it is clean and ready he will refund the
difference right then the same day
我的理解是， 只要打扫干净， 可以退， 当时觉得有点不合理， 因为security
deposit 我付了2个月的那。 但是还是服了全额的5月份房租。
最后是5月2号closing的
然后我上周问新房住， 月时间来最后inspection 还有退房钱的事， 他的回复是：
, i don’t rent by day ..i can rent the apartment by day , i will owe you
your security that is all what you will get ..by law
然后还说他要他的房子的地板都要shining， 如果房子最后打扫不干净， 要扣250刀的
cleaning fee。。
这个新房东很无耻。！
我5月19号就搬家了， 我觉得最后他来inspection时， 肯定会找茬扣钱的。
这种人就是很贪婪的， 没有信誉的。
让我搬走也是他， 反正一切要按照他的想法来， 觉得自己很有钱， 看不起人的样子
怎么对付这种房东啊？
