终于定下买新房, 多谢大家建议,
现在要贷款, 征求大拿意见:
1. 10 year arm, 3.625%
2. 7 year arm, 3.375%
2. 30 year fix, 4%
which one is the best?

为什么我们这边都是4.5%起步？高信用也有基础信用，是不是尽量多quote几家？我有
美国朋友刚买的在附近村里是40yr4%

The Current U.S. (Fed) Prime Rate is: 5.00%

target range for the fed funds rate to 1.75% - 2.00%.
Therefore, the United States Prime Rate is now 5.00%,
effective tomorrow (June 14, 2018)
so the loaning companies are losing money?
