我住公寓3楼，楼下2楼说是洗手间顶棚漏水。公寓管理办公室说是我的toilet
overflow 引起的，我需要负责。可是我什么也没做呀，怎么确定是我造成的呢？请问

instead of a leak. they most likely have pictures as evidence.

假设 OP 不知道/ 也防止 OP 心存侥幸，
溅／Overflow出来的水， 泡到地面／木板， 会有痕迹。 可以用仪器看出来哪里有水
／潮湿。
如果确实不是你溅／Overflow出来的水，可以要求对方出示证据。
