Clean the flame sensor with a steel wool carefully, clean the ground wire
connected with the metal frame as well and secure the screw tightly.

Mine is the burned relay for the blow motor.

Supposed the relay is burned, your blower can't start after the burner
lights, and the burner should shut down by an opening of high limited
control. There is a different story, your control board should be replaced.

Thanks for the clarification.
The story happened two years ago. First I suspect
it is the flame sensor. Then found a burned relay
on the control board. After replacing the relay, it
works just fine.

嗯，应该是变压器坏了。
当初我家也是这样，不过我们这点火可以找PGE的人，他帮我检查了大概10多分钟，就告
诉我说去买一个12v的变压器换上。
后来我换了这个变压器后，用了4～5年，现在还是so far so good。

Use small size drill bits to clean the burner orifice if the above can't
solve the problem, after that, should check the gas pressure and do a
continuity test at the
solenoid valve.
