Go to meon's website and file a warranty claim. All meon's products have
lifetime warranty. Take a few photos of the leaking shower with Meon logo
visible. Make sure you give them the correct model number. They will mail
you replacement cartridge. Sometimes, they even include a tool.

不用收据直接拿MOEN的配件去，就跟他们说这是MOEN的有lifetime warranty,
他们就给你免费换啦
