Probably you have to DIY, unless the labor there really cheap. Back in Texas
, I can pick up a Mexican on my way home, cleaning up everything for only $
20. But in Boston, no contractors bother to come down for just this job.

Whatever works. I just used my gloved hands and a home-made small rake. I
saw neighbors with blowers all the time, hate the noise.

If you have like a 5 ft wide concrete path (sidewalk) around your whole
house, you do not need gutter at all. Need to be sloped away from your house.

水溢出来就是问题 : ) You don't want all the runoff from your roof soaking
the soil around your basement and/or foundations, because by doing that, you
are exposing them to dangerous hydraulic pressure tests.
If you don't think so, why do you put in the gutters in the first place?
