理解，如果觉得自己不是那么完美，那么终究有理由，横竖是个有失误的失败。象我现
在的这个阶段。
建议楼主静下来吧: 找工作是和别人竞争，不是和自己的过去。

onsite后被拒受打击确实比较大。
面完了就move on吧
有些事情不是自己能决定的，
把自己能决定的部分做好，不要留遗憾就是了。

有身份么？如果需要H1B, 这个职位通常不会是你的。
即使有身份，目前这个情况，通常也是INTERNAL CANDIDATE或者已经在做的CONTRACTOR
获得职位先。
这种初级职位，没打入内部的外来者很难很难得到的。

昨天哭了好久，就是想找个方式发泄一下。很谢谢我的LG和爸妈，大家都说只要我开心
，工作迟一点又有什么关系。虽然很累，要说没有压力是不可能的，希望能够快点熬过
这段。谢谢大家都回复，祝所有的人都工作，生活顺利，至少在努力的付出后能够有回

这种职位如果你如果需要H1，一般是不会要你的。所以不是你能力不行

patpat, 据多了就习惯了，不过据多了offer也就要来了。
我就是从最初的痛苦到以后的麻木，然后就是突然的惊喜。经常是最心仪的
公司最毫不留情的据了，没想到的公司竟然会给offer。

好理解你啊～
我其实也和lz差不多得境况，我还是个悲观主义者，难过得时候觉得自己连累家人像个
寄生虫一样，很不得出门被车碰下。。。。
后来想开了，其实这段时间就当是个长假啊，工作啊什么时候都会有的，不要太悲观了
。多做点可以让自己转移注意力得事情啊。我喜欢做菜，就研究做菜了，做给最爱得
他吃。好像这样觉得心里就舒服多了，偶尔可以出去旅游散心吧。
加油，加油，“我们都是好孩子，都会有糖吃得～”

完全理解。我收到头两次据信的时候，感到很悲哀。花几天调整心态，重新再来吧！

今天我也刚收到据信onsite 后，据信好简单就一句话，想当初面了5个人，考了2个小
时，还和那帮人吃了一中午累啊最后只换回一句
Unfortunately, we have decided to move forward with another candidate.
天意弄人明天还有个电面，估计不赞助visa但仍然要试一试
本人finance REAL ESTATE 方向

LZ至少还有家人在身边，没有找到工作，至少不会有身份问题，如果朝这方面想想，至
少还可以放手往前走。这里有多少人是头上悬把剑啊，找不到就成了黑户。所以LZ不要
难受。
