1. 什么时候叫家属也去看看好？第一次面试时还是对方给offer后？通常只允许spouse
去吗，还是可以娃娃们都带上？
2. 还有不清楚换学校时搬家费一般会给什么package?
因为牵涉到这边卖房子那边买房子，两边都可能需要不少时间和钱，新学校通常会给什
么样的搬家费，会有什么时候花掉的时间限制吗？这里面哪些方面是可以negotiate的？

真不感相信这是真的?
I'm coming in sometime Monday after errands. I have an assignment sheet due
Monday at 6pm. 3 questions. I've got the first one, but the 2nd one is
beyond my pea-brain. Are there websites/links I can go to for practice with
step-by-step problems that spell the steps out for me? I have fully custody
of 3 small children, and for Father's Day my "present" is study time. lol!!
Here are the two problem questions. I'll be in Monday to the Math Tutoring
place for sure. But I would really like

这两个问题都取决于你的level，有多牛，学校有多想要你。因为每个level的hiring
budget肯定是不同的。
我知道的assoc level 好像都有second visit，spouse肯定能去，娃去不去取决于对方
有多少钱了，如果有的人有一大家子，机票就要花系里不少钱。
搬家费每个学校会有一定的policy，但是弹性也大的，again，取决于你的level和对方
的budget。几千到几万不等。可以negotiate的东西很多，比如说卖房的agent fee，买
房的down pay。
